International Shipping
We ship worldwide and aim to provide fast and reliable delivery for every order. Please note that customs procedures are beyond our control, and occasional delays may occur during customs clearance. You’ll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships.

Estimated Delivery Times
(Business days, excluding weekends and public holidays)

USA: 7–16 business days (with tracking)
Rest of the World: 7–21 business days (tracking availability may vary)

During peak shopping seasons (such as November–December) or major sales events, delivery times may be longer than usual. In rare cases where there are no tracking updates for 21 business days, we will arrange to resend your package at no extra cost.

Processing vs. Shipping Time
Processing time is separate from shipping time and should be added to your total delivery estimate.

Processing time: 4–6 business days (includes order verification, quality checks, packing, and handover to the shipping carrier)
Shipping time: Starts once your order is dispatched and collected by the courier.

Please note that processing may take longer during high-demand periods. We appreciate your understanding.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of being placed. After this period, orders are usually already processing and cannot be changed or cancelled.

Incorrect, Unclaimed, or Delivered Orders
We are not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, unclaimed or refused deliveries, or missed delivery attempts.

We are also not responsible for packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier, including instances where the package may be stolen, lost, or removed from your doorstep or mailbox.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, please reply to your confirmation email immediately. Once an order has entered processing, we are unable to update the shipping address.

Refund Policy for Shipping
We do not offer refunds for shipping delays, as estimated delivery times are clearly stated on our website. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with clear photos of the item and packaging, along with your order number and contact details. We’ll review the issue and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or exchange.

Customs and Import Fees
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country. These fees are not included in your order total and vary by region. Customs inspections may sometimes delay delivery.

Multiple Packages
Your order may arrive in multiple shipments due to items being sourced from different warehouses, weight or size restrictions, or backordered products being shipped separately. We do this to keep shipping efficient while offering you the best product selection at competitive prices.

Holiday Shipping
Please expect longer processing and shipping times during peak shopping seasons (October to December). Our team works hard to fulfil every order as quickly as possible, and we appreciate your patience during these busy periods.
