We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return
To begin your return, please email us at contact@acehubstore.com . Once your request is approved, you will be provided with the return address and detailed instructions for sending your item back.

Important: Returns sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted. Please reach out first so we can process your request properly.

Return Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders, however return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of the parcel being delivered at contact@acehubstore.com so we can make it right as quickly as possible.

Items Not Eligible for Return
Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
Need a different size, color, or item? The fastest way is to return the item you have, and once your return is approved, place a new order for what you want.

European Union Customers
If your order is shipped into the EU, you also have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason — no questions asked. The item must meet the same condition requirements above.

Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at contact@acehubstore.com.
