We currently ship to all addresses within New Zealand and Australia. Expansion to additional regions is underway.
Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: Free
Processing & Shipping Times
- All orders are processed on the same day if placed before 1:00 PM NZDT on business days.
- Orders placed after 1:00 PM NZDT will be processed on the next business day.
- Not all items listed on our website are eligible for same-day dispatch.
- Some items, such as new releases or pre-orders, may have longer processing times.
- Please carefully read the product description for item-specific shipping and dispatch information before placing your order.
- Weekend orders are processed the next business day.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to maximum 3 days for tracking information to become available. For any tracking-related inquiries, feel free to contact our support team at contact@acehubstore.com.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@acehubstore.com within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll do our best to make it right.
Address Changes & Order Modifications
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order has been processed, we’re unable to make changes. As we aim to process orders quickly, address modifications are not guaranteed.
