Return Conditions

- Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees on returns.

Delivery Day Return Policy
Our return policy is based on the delivery date, not the purchase date, ensuring you have sufficient time to inspect your purchase. If an item is in transit beyond the specified 15-day return period, we will take this into consideration and allow for returns accordingly. The return period begins from the date the item is delivered to your specified address.

Return Authorization
- Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization along with the shipping label(if applicable)
- Return packages are issued only from New Zealand and Australia
Return Instructions
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- You will receive the label via email, along with step-by-step instructions for preparing your return.
- Simply download and print the label, attach it securely to the package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location (details will be included with the label).
- Please ensure the return is packaged securely and includes all original items, accessories, and packaging materials.
Packaging and Shipping
- Items must be returned in their original condition — unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
- All original packaging, including boxes, tags, labels, and protective materials, must be included.
- Any included accessories or bonus items (e.g., cables, pouches, manuals) must also be returned.
- Customers must follow the return instructions provided with the Return Authorization, including how to properly package and ship the item.
- Returns must be sent to the correct return address as specified in your return approval email.
- We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
